Health documents not visible (eScripts, results, referrals, certificates)

This error is now resolved. Please advise your patients to download the latest version of the app in the first instance if they are experiencing problems. Alternatively, they can search for their practice in the right-hand corner of the app. Once they have selected their practice, their health documents will appear again.

A $15 gap fee when making a booking

A static message incorrectly appeared for some patients, stating a $15 gap fee was required during the booking process. This has now been resolved.

Scroll functionality not working

Patients who have 10 or more documents (eScripts, results, referrals, certificates) were unable to scroll through their document list. This issue has now been fixed.

Medicare details appearing incorrectly in patient accounts

This issue was in relation to a sub-account (for example, a family member such as a child linked to a main account). The main account holder's Medicare details were appearing against the sub-account. This has now been resolved.

Account details saved in ‘Medinet’ are displayed instead of details
from a patient's medical practice.

When a user switches accounts from the ‘Medinet' practice to their medical practice, their patient details saved in ‘Medinet’ were carried over instead of switching to their specific patient profile information saved in the 'Medical practice’ account. This issue has now been resolved.
