With so much of our day to day lives personalised, it is ironic that the most critical area for personalisation – our healthcare experience – is still not agile and specific to each of us. Our medical records are spread out across multiple healthcare organisations. We’re lacking a holistic profile, unique to each of us, that evolves with new data and insights. It means the best possible data and perspective for my care is not there. It also means huge inefficiencies for Healthcare organisations and professionals, who are just trying to keep up.
